Super fast, to take that copay and that’s it

Got logged in and on within 20 minutes. Payment processes first. Dr would not let me elaborate on info and told me to do what I was already doing (which wasn’t helping me at all) and then closed the call. Zero empathy, no attention to detail and quick to take my money and log off/run.
Strep throat

I had strep throat but didn’t want to deal with going in to see the dr, and plus I was in college and going to the drs without my mom seemed so scary!! But I was able to get a prescription within minutes and pick it up that day!! It was such a blessing!!

Didn’t have any idea what to expect but she was wonderful. She listened to my whole life short version story. She did not judge, stop me or laugh. She give me advice and goals to work on. I look forward to speaking with her again. To think I was so depressed but now I’m motivated. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
2 hours of waiting!

I have been waiting while this app continuously crashes and move me back in line. After 1 hour I was 4th in line then back up to 7th. Awful! It’s not an issue with the wait. That I understand. It’s the crashing and not saving your place in line.
The ap did not use my insurance .

Just wasted $120 on two visits. Two positive COVID tests is 10 days and these doctors refuse to prescribe anything but over the counter crap. Don’t waste your time on this service.
