Great Service !!!

unstable 2020

Recently having come down with an illness that seemed a lot like the common cold, I reached out to the tele-health services. Takes a bit of time to register as any new doctor office would, but definitely felt good to know that there’s a professional out there waiting to assist you at any time. Especially with the viral concerns we face today. I highly recommend giving this service a try. Dr Shashi Puttaswamy was very prompt, friendly, informative and helpful. Grateful for this service.

Connection Issue

Trying to set up an appointment on the app is difficult. Scheduled two phone calls with doctors. When it was time for the appointment, there was no pop-up for me to join the call nor was the call stored on an upcoming meeting section. This has happened multiple times already. Definitely not the easiest telehealth provider out there.

Gets stuck when Ami the assistant asks if your concerned about covid. Also hangs randomly while waiting the the doctor queue. So you may never actually get to front of the line before you’re logged out randomly.

Website needs some work

The visit with the doctor went smoothly enough, but the website template at the end of the session was needlessly confusing. It referred three times to a prescription that I didn’t remember the doctor mentioning.They included a number to call for questions about prescriptions, so I called it and was on hold for an hour and 45 minutes. To their credit they did follow up and resolve the issue, but they don’t seem to be able to look at their own website from the perspective of a new user. Fortunately for my own sanity, I took screenshots of everything so I know that I wasn’t going crazy.
