practitioner cannot either sign nor fax a referral. If the service you’re referred to requires either or both don’t waste your time. Medical professional was personable and spoke clearly, customer service person close to impossible to understand on the phone.
Doctor was a joke

I had a visit with a doctor today about an illness. After explaining everything, I told said doctor how I thought I was taking every precaution to avoid being sick and instead she laughed at me and told me how I’m really not, and essentially belittled me. The best part is, I needed a work note today and was told to be Covid tested. I received no after visit summary and no work slip, and there’s no way to review my previous visits of which doctor I saw without them sending me a message.. how convenient. So I basically paid for a doctors visit for someone to come on screen, belittle me, and then have zero evidence to provide to anyone (including my work) that I saw a doctor. Excellent execution on the app development if you ask me…

Urgent Care vs Online Dr Visit

I called 3 of my local urgent care centers as I’ve had a sinus infection for 7 days. Each urgent care had wait times for hours. I researched my health plan to see if there was an option for a virtual appointment and writhing 10 minutes I was signed up and having a video meeting with a doctor! Online Dr visits are a wonderful addition to the healthcare system. Dr Melanie was great to work with and I will definitely use this again!

Once I got through to a provider, it was super easy… But it took four different tries and several disconnects… Even had one connect and then cancel.

My sessions were cancelled multiple times before finally getting to the physician. I had to fill out all our information each time I got kicked out. That should change. Took me about an hour to speak with a physician when there was one available right when I logged on.
