خلال اقل من اسبوع تم فتح حساب لي عندهم ممتازين وسريعين جداً وعندهم عروض ممتازة داخل التطبيق وتم تجربة البطاقة في الشراء سهل جدا سداد البطاقة، لكن في مشكلة في خدمة العملاء داخل التطبيق بعد مايرد الدعم لا يأتيني اشعار بأن تم الرد من الدعم اتمنى وضع اشعار للدعم بأن تم الرد وشكرا لكم ?

Easy to open an account less than 6 days received the card & my account activated,but there are some issues in the app I can't transfer money or pay my bills or showing my transactions (iPhone 6 up to date). i download it in other( iPhone 11)it's working fine no problem,only with my iPhone 6 even the app update. Please fix it don't force me to buy new iPhone ? Thanks,

عند التحدث الى خدمة العملاء بالشات تظهر لي رسالة يوجد خلل بالنظام وجاري اصلاحه ، لايوجد رقم تليفون خاص بالبنك من اجل الاتصال بخدمة العملاء. والحين كيف يتم الاتصال بكم عند ظهور هذه الرسالة يوجد خلل بالنظام وجاري اصلاحه مرارا وتكرارا ؟؟؟!!! استغرقت الحين يومين لكي اتحدث مع خدمة العملا ياتي لي هذه الرسالة والى الحين لا يمكنني التحدث مع خدمة العملا لحل مشكلتي. كما انه تم ارجاع مبلغ من متجر الكتروني قمت بالشراء منه وظهر لي رسالة من لف بان المبلغ قد تم ارجاعه. عندما ادخل الى المحفظة اري ان رصيدي بالمحفظة لم يتم ارجاع المبلغ اليه ؟؟؟!!!! يوجد مشاكل بالتطبيق حيث ان كشف الحساب لا يظهر به جميع المعاملات. حيث الذي يظهر فقط هو الايداعات بالحساب انما المبالغ المخصومة من الحساب لا تظهر بكشف الحساب ؟؟؟!!!!!


Authentication Issues

There is an issue with opening an account steps. Particularly the authentication of the identity via Absher. Although username and password for Absher has been entered correctly, code for completing the process successfully passed. Yet, the app, from the bank terminal, can’t proceed further after this point (Absher Authenicated) and display an error message saying “Sorry We Can’t Open An Account For You At This Level” !! Tried twice, same message same error. Chat, email, and technical support are not there at all. simple there is no such thing called Support Team. If you’re an online based banking, then you should put your extreme effort and support at your main portal for banking i.e. internet banking APP...


Lots of potential, but needs much more banking services and features

App works great and looks like it has a lot of potential. I’m sure other bank services will come if the UAE app is anything to look at, but it’s crucial to have Apple Pay if I’m gonna use the debit card. For now it’s just a savings account since having my other cards on Apple Pay is much more convenient.
