Issue in the app – Liv. KSA - Digital Banking Review

Easy to open an account less than 6 days received the card & my account activated,but there are some issues in the app I can't transfer money or pay my bills or showing my transactions (iPhone 6 up to date). i download it in other( iPhone 11)it's working fine no problem,only with my iPhone 6 even the app update. Please fix it don't force me to buy new iPhone ? Thanks,
