Authentication Issues – Liv. KSA - Digital Banking Review

There is an issue with opening an account steps. Particularly the authentication of the identity via Absher. Although username and password for Absher has been entered correctly, code for completing the process successfully passed. Yet, the app, from the bank terminal, can’t proceed further after this point (Absher Authenicated) and display an error message saying “Sorry We Can’t Open An Account For You At This Level” !! Tried twice, same message same error. Chat, email, and technical support are not there at all. simple there is no such thing called Support Team. If you’re an online based banking, then you should put your extreme effort and support at your main portal for banking i.e. internet banking APP...
