One of my grandson suggested that we get pizza from Pizza Hut hi said no we gonna try Little Caesars I had them before and they are very good we decided to order online long story short I ordered extra meat sausage pizza I got my order I open it up one whole slice was without meat so I took it back they remade the pizza when I received the new pizza two whole slices was without meat I told my grandson I’m not taking it back they are punishing me for bringing back a pizza that only one slice was missing meat now I have to settle with this because if I take it back we make it three slices without meat

I ordered a pizza on the app from my local store, and the app said it was open, but when I went to pick it up the store was actually closed and they still charged me!! There’s no way to contact support and resolve the issue. Do not use this app!

What is the point of giving a time estimate through the app if the app isn’t going to sync with what’s going on in the store!!! Too many times have I gone in 10 minutes AFTER the app said the order would be ready and then I have to wait ANOTHER 20-30 minutes because the pizza hasn’t even gone in the oven yet!
Delay in receiving “ready pizza”

I received text stating pizza ready for pickup, went window, was acknowledged, SEVEN MINUTES LATER my pizza was delivered Asked why the delay, had to count change up front before a paid for pizza could be handed they the window!!! Normally using app works, but this was ridiculous!!!
