Delay in receiving “ready pizza” – Little Caesars Pizza Review

I received text stating pizza ready for pickup, went window, was acknowledged, SEVEN MINUTES LATER my pizza was delivered Asked why the delay, had to count change up front before a paid for pizza could be handed they the window!!! Normally using app works, but this was ridiculous!!!
