Even though my person picking up my order gave the order number at the location, the workers still looked at her funny and questioned it because it was under a man’s name. Add the ability to choose a pickup name at the store!

Downloaded the app to see if there was any hype about it and to my surprise there wasn’t but tried it anyways and it worked WELL!! Ordered a stuff crust pizza, crazy bread with sauces. Got my QR code in less then 15 minutes. My 13 year old was able to walk in and punch in the QR code to the “pizza dispensary” she called it, the door opened and she was able to pull our order out and walk out as I paid for our order in the app!
Can’t pay

App wont let me pay for my order, even though I have apple pay set up and tried using the actual card. I made sure I had enough to cover payment too.
This app is a joke

Today I placed an order through the app. It quoted me a pickup time within 15 minuets, it stated that I was to receive an email and a notification when my order was ready however I have yet to receive either. 45 minuets after I placed my order we went in to see if our order was ready and it was, when we questioned the employee they stated that app orders do not have priority to in store or phone orders and are pushed back to accommodate the other orders. That’s rude, unfair and ridiculous! We will not be using this app again!
A waste of time like their drive thru.

Works as designed. Since Little Caesars Is a franchise you can’t fault the app for the local stores. I think it took me longer to get through traffic than it did to make the pizza. It is so much better than waiting in line on a Friday night. The looks I get from people waiting is pretty funny since I just walk in and put in the code then I am on my way.
