This game needs to allow more unlocking of game characters you don’t have, especially with the number of keys you can get. My guild mates had to spend tons of money, (100+) to get multiple chances to unlock characters they don’t have and still didn’t get them. If this game wants to get better, it needs a more reasonable pull of characters. I think one out of 40 golden keys is fair

The only problem I have with this game is that there are certain characters locked behind a 100$ pay wall, this greatly disappointed me considering I spent so much time unlocking all the others that were available as well as said characters 10 upgrade tokens. Other than that this game is a wonderful turn based game with easy point and “click” mechanics.

When I downloaded this game, I realized that I loved it. It’s a great game and I feel like it easy to get the currency needed to summon new heroes. My review has changed since I got indefinitely suspended for no reason whatsoever. One minute I’m playing and then when I leave and come back I see a suspension notice with no warning and no reasoning. This game is great but I’d be wary of putting time into a game that can ban you at any moment.

I've been playing this game for almost a year now, it was fun while it lasted despite their hiccups here and there. I had gone on a trip for a week and was unable to play for that time. When I came back I logged in and did my usual game routine. The next day when I went back to play there was a message saying “This account has been suspended indefinitely”. I then proceed to message them since I only play from my Ipad. Their response was simply “Hi there, Your account was flagged for hacking our game and suspended indefinitely. This account will remain closed. Best regards, The Darkmoon Team.” They provided me with no feedback on this despite there never being an instance of doing “hacking”. I enjoyed my time playing this game but am extremely dissapointed with their customer service team after this instance. It is clear that me not having spent a single dollar on this game was seen as a disrespect to them. As my time with the game progressed it became apparent that all they were after was people constantly buying upgrades instead of taking the time to grind it out.

I’ve been playing this game for a while now, it’s hands down one of the most heavily monitized and grindy free to play games I’ve ever seen. It took me months to get a team strong enough to beat the story mode on easy, even then I barely beat the last boss. It has lots of events but the rewards you get from them are usually pitiful, so far the only ones I’ve seen that give a decent number of rewards are the PVP ones. If you like hitting the grind hard or have like $400 sitting around go for it.

I started playing and got to the point where you claim your first daily goal. I had to leave so I closed out the app and when I tried to play again later that day I was unable to proceed past that point. It says to claim your first daily goal (which I did before logging off) and I am stuck on that screen. Clicking the “X” does nothing and I can’t reset my progress. Very disappointed

I’ve played DM since it’s start. The artwork is amazing, the play was fun until ECG became greedy and forgot what keeps the game afloat. Bugs that aren’t fixed. Increasingly becoming P2P/W. Customer service that is antagonistic and unprofessional.

I wanted to say that this is such an amazing , beautiful, and addicting game. It’s truly my favorite rpg and I’m quite picky about my iPhone Rpg games. Sadly as much as I love this game it is far too buggy to play. It crashes every time I open it. Perhaps you guys can fix this? So sorry to be negative about this. Truly an amazing game. Anytime I try to play it crashes and kicks me out. I had to delete it sadly. ?

So let me get this game straight, if ECG messes up on an event, or what characters are in the shop (the titan raid a month ago) all bets are off and we get what we get. But if there is an exploit we get banned, which is also ECGs fault? This is a lose lose game, honestly just garbage leadership. This game is great but your people are garbage human beings

Potential, but Fails to Deliver

This game had great potential, but it consistently fails to deliver. Hackers are abundant and seem to be increasing weekly. Bugs are a weekly problem with their events and even regular features. Features of the game are either half finished (e.g. The Tower) or never updated (e.g. weekly pvp arena rewards). The community support primarily comes through the discord channel, but the moderators have demonstrated aggressive, unprofessional, and vindictive behaviors towards the community that exists there. I would highly recommend finding another game more worthy of your time. Save yourself the frustration this game is sure to introduce to your life.
