I was playing the event wen it suddenly kicked me out it’s been hapning a lot and I can’t get the wins any more. Please fix this

Game seems like it has potential but it crashes on IOS a lot. You’re lucky to even get a campaign mission in without the game crashing and having to start over. Can’t really leave a detailed review yet since I can’t even get past lvl 4 but from what I CAN see the character design is pretty decent and the gameplay is okay

So I love this game. It has great potential. However I have had several bugs with my game. I have attempted to contact them a few time without any kind of answer. I keep having the game crash over and over. I have played certain boards numerous times trying to play. But it’s getting old. I won’t spend money on any game until I have played it along while and this is exactly why. Don’t trust this game until you have been playing at least a month or more. It has been about two before it started. I have updated I have restarted I have done everything there troubleshooting tells you to do. Still have the issues not a difference and no response from them. Sad .

This game is fun if you enjoy playing 2 minutes at a time

Every time I play this game, within a few minutes it crashes.... I enjoy it but I gets tiring restarting it every time. Please fix this!!!!!!

Amazing games with terrible bugs

This game is fantastic overall. Great mechanics and progression as well as graphics. It’s just an all around really amazing game. But none of that matters because the game itself is riddled with game breaking bugs. The quest I need to go on to continue the game won’t load. I’ve tried over 20 times doing various different things to try and solve the issue. This is preventing my from leveling up and accessing the entirety of the game as well as continue on with the storyline. I would try and delete and redownload the game but I can’t because the only way to save your progress is to connect to Facebook, and the link for that is also broken. The game crashes frequently as well making playing the game at all, a real challenge. I even tried to troubleshoot the problem using the Q and A but the information listed here primarily relates to the basics of how to play the game, not how to get around all of the problems that come with the game.

Great Game! Having fun with it. Just recently though, the game randomly crashes. Happened a few times in the event today. Tried something else. Crashed twice in dungeon and lost dungeon ticket I used because it. Something you need to look into

Would love to play this game but it crashes constantly. I even spent some money in-game and now it crashes even more. I’ll be requesting a refund since this game is literally unplayable right now.

I NEED to get in contact with someone IN GAME but it just sits there, I cannot type or send any information. It’s just 3 dots as though someone is typing, but nothing ever happens. I got double charged twice and didn’t receive ANY items. It would be great if I could just get in contact with someone......

It’s a fun and fantastic game to play. Tons of characters and easy to advance. However, it has frozen on me ever since chapter 5. And it. Constantly crashes.
