This game is awesome and almost deserves a 5 star the only reason I didn’t rate that is because there is no real way to get the amount of gold necessary add in a better way to farm gold and I’ll update it to 5 star

Worst customer support I’ve had

I got a new phone and I wanted my old game restored. Been over a week now, response time is super slow and been further delayed with dumb questions like, "why do I want to restore?”, “can I get the account number for the account you want restored?” When I have already given it to them. I’m so done. Deleting the app, I recommend you don’t get it to begin with.

So sad.

I want to praise this game, but the events are so buggy it’s hardly even an event by the time they get fixed.

金山现在怎么能这么不要脸半成品就出来骗钱来了稍微做的好一点有那么难么这游戏等级从10级开始累吐血升不到30级别 BB 爸爸充了一万发现真是连一个圈钱游戏都做不好雷老板真是没心思管你们了这么下去离死不远了

Glitches and cheaters

This game is amazing. Great game play. Incredibly addicting. Not to stingy on good characters except legendary. Biggest issue is events have too many glitches which can cost you event rewards. There are also tons of cheaters who take the top arena event, monthly arena challenges and draft tower rewards. Because of those 2 issues I would highly recommend you don’t spend any money because you’ll still lose the best rewards to glitches and cheaters.

Crashing issues

This game used to be great, but I haven’t been able to play in months. I have an older phone (iPhone 6+) and every time I start the app it crashes. I can’t do more than a few button pushes before it crashes again. Totally unplayable. My phone runs everything else just fine, but not this game, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Looking to provide the devs some genuine constructive criticism here, your game isn’t pay to win, it’s pay to progress. This makes it very hard to retain players, which makes it hard to make money off of them, which is why you have to rely on $100 packs that offer nothing in the grand scheme of things, I would focus on balancing the game to play well without real world money involved and add the marketplace as a bypass to the game for those people who want to pay to win. When the law starts to regulate your industry you are going to be hemorrhaging profits due to your rampant and unmanageable greed.

Fun for a while until you realize you have to eventually pay to get further. Also beware... the developers will ban you for no apparent reason so don’t waste any money on this one. There are 100% better games out there

I love this game so much and I can’t wait for more features to come out! Wouldn’t it be so cool if you could have a single player arena where you verse teams of your own characters against each other to work on strategy?

This game is very interesting and fun. The in store purchases are so ridiculously overpriced that it actually helps the game because only fools make purchases in the game. It takes time to collect heroes and level them up and the story is super fun. It’s just an all around great game. I’ve spent a while playing and never got bored. Take my advice, get the game.
