Great

tylermcferson

The desktop class tools in the app run surprisingly really well on my 2017 ipad! I’d imagine graphic design w the pencil works well. I would welcome some way to support the devs with a pro mode or donate button a la Overcast

Great SVG design app for Merch and POD sites!

Tricart

If you’re familiar with Adobe Illustrator you’ll love this app to create designs for Merch by Amazon or any other POD sites. You can create the full dimension for Merch and save the images as PNG. There’s no need to import or export out of the app for uploading to POD sites. You have the ability to do so, but it’s not necessary. You can import your own fonts from a font bundle and place them on a path so to create circular or wavy text designs. The max font size is 200px but you can create outlines to increase the size. The iPhone version of Vectornator is excellent but to take full advantage of the screen real estate, I recommend downloading the iPad version. I use this app all the time to creat my T-shirt designs!! Great job!!

Very powerful tool

Agent_JAA

I enjoy the convenience and the power of this tool. There are a few things I would like to see added, but for what it’s worth it’s a fantastic program! Especially if you are on the IPad Pro. It’s fairly easy to transfer work if you have a subscription to creative cloud, but even if you don’t you can kind of get around it with little or no issues. There is not much on online tutorials for this program and there are some functions I would like to see added like mock up templates for shirt designs. Overall I use my table to work out the concept and my desk top is used for the heavy lifting.

Words wont be enough to say thank you

Believe the boasts

alive@least

I hate it when app vendors boast and exaggerate, but this time they are right. Vectornator Pro is great. Vectornator Pro was the only app that let me import, draw and export to svg with NO HASSLES. So far, it has all the operations I want, except I have not found "file merge" yet. Here's the other apps I tried, that are not as good as Vectornator: ProSketch Lite :Codemotion Vector Paint + DropBox Sync: Evgeny EGOROV iPocket Draw Lite:adX CREATE - Graphic Design + Draw: Anything is Autodesk SketckBook: Autodesk Assembly - Art and Design: Pixite LLC Paper by FiftyThree:FiftyThree, Inc Sketch Pad - My Drawing Board Doodle Art - Draw.ing,Paint.ing,Sketch.ing Studio:Zobayed Ullah Adobe Illustrator Draw:Adobe Adobe Photoshop Sketch: Adobe Adobe Comp CC: Adobe I have not tried Bez - Vector Illustration: Juicy Bits. So nothing to say about that app.

What I’ve been looking for!

Cabunass

I’ve had my iPad Pro for 3 years and finally discovered an alternative to adobe illustrator that works well enough with my Apple Pencil to actually get work done. Intuitive for anyone who has used illustrator, this app is cleanly designed and easy to use. I’m very impressed with its performance and simplicity, so much that I think I can get detailed work done! One thing I’d request in future versions is art boards. Within the pen tool (thank you for prioritizing bezier pen functionality!), adobe illustrator allows the user to hold the space bar to translate the current entity while drawing the next point in the path. Is this function already here somehow? Anyway, this is a very impressive tool I will be using extensively. Thank you to the developer for your work on this!

I don't understand...

Camila here with the cake

It's too complicated and confusing. There's no tutorial or anything to help. The "pencil" does soild shapes instead of lines like the pen. It's hard to change the colors because there's like four ways to “change” color, and is this some document stuff? I see that the fact the adding a “sketch” says “new document”. Adding two because at least there’s a professional app.

good app

JESMUNSTER

good app but ever since the update, any file exported as ai files, lettering becomes blacked out. please fix this.

Very good start, a couple of flaws

JohnCorb

It’s a very good professional-level software with a couple of major flaws though. 1) when importing from Desktop vector files it doesn’t import layers, so that makes it impossible to edit complex files (All is imported as one single layer) 2) Back button on the left top is combined with the Save functionality and located very close to Undo so when you accidentally click it instead of clicking Undo you get your mistakes saved instead of corrected
