Then I joined the game today after the new year my rank restarted I don’t understand why they put me back to white rank I’m not spending anymore money on this game because I spend so much money just to get to that rank and I got reseted. ?

Is true if you don't play this every other day they delete your acc w/o warning I even tried months ago and is as if I never created an account to begin with. Literally spent a lot just to get locked out of my account/ and or deleted forever. Was cute but just so trash, awful service. Everything screams money with the company. Never got to fix the problem therefore wouldn't reccomend playing this game.

Been playing since it started and it’s a great game if you love home decor and fashion. A few things I would love to see change (hopefully): - An option where you can gift your friends your duplicates instead of recycling it. It may be hard for some to get items when it’s too expensive. - Less expensive for packages. It’s kind a ridiculous how expensive it is. - New room decor (instead of just new gachas all the time - costs too much) would be a good change also since there hasn’t been any room decor since forever.
