Amazing but...

This game is so amazing! I can’t stop playing it! But one problem. It says that you can chat with friends and other stuff, but for me it’s not working. It said, this feature is not offered. Also another problem is it takes so long to level up, like I’ve been playing for years and I still haven’t leveled up. So that’s my downfall. Another downfall, it takes forever to get gems! When you complete tasks, you only get like a hundred. Same with cash. There has to be a way to earn cash instead of buying it. So please fix that. But other than that, great game!
banned for no reason

i was playing line play like 5 or so months ago and it said i was banned and i got back on today because i saw it featured on the app store but when i try to login i cant get in and i even tried making a new account and it still says i’m banned.

I want to start this out by saying I have never written a review for anything before, but I am so upset right now that I had to give others a fair warning. I bought the starter pack for $1.99 and the app charged me twice, but only gave me one product. I realize that 2 bucks isn’t a lot of money, but the way Line Play dealt with it was frankly pathetic. I filed an inquiry for my money back, and they emailed me asking for some info. Okay. I gave them the info. Eight hours later, however, they emailed me AGAIN asking for the SAME information. Once again, I responded. For three days I repeated this back and forth with them, and then nothing. Finally they emailed me back a week later saying they found “no evidence” of this purchase. I GAVE THEM A SCREENSHOT AND RECEIPT ORDER. Honestly this whole time it felt like they were stalling and stalling just to not pay me back. The worst part is I have no one to go to about this poor business, BECAUSE I ALREADY TRIED ISSUING A REPORT W NO RESPONSE. I would have continued playing this game happily but I am far too angry to support this scamming business. Play at your own risk.

Omg so i use to LOVEE this game and be able to play for HOURS & HOURS but i took a break for 2 days, i go back on the app and it logged me out, now look i did not remeber my username but i rembered my password, i tried putting in my email & password but it would not let me in my account, im very disappointed in this game, i have spent over 12+ dollars on this game.
I love it so much!

Slow loading, too many pop ups

It takes so long to login due to all the pop ups it’s preparing for you. I get an average of 10+ pop ups every time I login, it’s not even just the first login of the day, the first login has even more! Not to mention all the 10 year old drama in the only active world (café world) There’s nothing to do but spend money and there’s very very very few items for male avatars. Once you get more than one friend, your phone gets bombarded with notifications, you can’t choose what type of notification to disable either, you get them all, or none at all. The plus side, at least it has a cute notification sound.
