they deleted my account with sO MANY rare objects just because i was inactive. literally so dumb. downloaded it again rn in hopes of playing on my old account but thats not happening so i deleted it. horrible.

This app was very fun to play years ago. Now all they care about is money. I tried to redownload the app and found out they deleted my account w/o my consent and I had spent 500+ dollars on it. Apparently if you are at least year inactive, they delete your account. I hope they just close down this stupid app and refund people money.

If you decide to download this game, please, please, don’t buy anything. They’ll delete your account if you don’t log in everyday. It is not worth it. Very unhealthy app.

So I downloaded this a RLLLLLY LONG TIME AGO and I kinda didn’t think about it but then I decided to download it again but then when I tried to get on I got to where u had to dress up that girl and then it said there was a network error. But I checked the network and there was no error I tried everything even uninstalling and reinstalling the app and NOTHING WORKS!!!! Plz fix this!

I bought the starter package and the still didn’t give it to me. I’m not sure who to contact, but I want a refund or I want to get what I payed for. I have proof of purchase too if that’s a problem.

Idk how it happened but it suddenly stopped me from being able to chat or text, I can’t even type in my diary Idk how but every time I try it kicks me out of the app

I’ve played LinePlay since 2016, I can’t log in to any of my accounts at all!! Tried to reset my password for each one (3 accounts) all of the emails are saying it’s not in the system!! How is that possible and I’ve played this game for years!! Seriously I need help line! Please contact me with an a answer as to why my info has been deleted!
