When I went on to Cookie Run recently, all my game data was deleted because I don't have a Line account! I have always played as a guest, and nothing has ever gone wrong. I also payed money for things on here! The same thing happened to my sister. But this game is very fun. Anyway, I do recommend this app because it is fun, but you should have a Line account if you are going to use this it.

Ever since the new update "Wrath of the Dragon", the app crashes on me when I open it. It doesn't let me play anymore which is sad☹️ ➡️Please Fix!⬅️

I have been playing this game for a few months (played the Korean version a year or two ago) I had over 20 cookies and pets a lot of them maxed, had maxed life and was level 30. I had hundreds of thousands of coins and had gotten really far in the game. Now the new update today wouldn't allow me to play, the app kept crashing no matter what I did and even after restarting my phone. The only way I could play was if I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I assumed my progress would be saved but I was wrong. Everything was deleted and because I don't have a line account now I have to completely start from the beginning. When will technology companies learn to stop fixing things that aren't broken. I've never liked updates. I just want the original version of everything back, Facebook, YouTube, games, apps etc. God damnit I'm so sick of this. I'm deleting this game as there's no point in playing now.
