I remember back in 2014 there was an update that wouldn't let anyone play the game without deleting it and restarting it. Pleeeeeease don't make me do that again. I was on level 40 then and started all over again. Now I'm on level 50 and I reeeeeaaaallly don't want to do that nor should I have to! Get it together Cookie Run!

Help please the game after "wrath of the dragon's update didn't work,and whenever I open it it's just crashing ???. Please please help ? I love this game it's the app that I use my phone for it??.

The game often crashes when i try to play a level, and then when i open the app it says it still used a heart/key :( i dont want to have to keep wasting them because the app keeps crashing.

I'm a level 78 player and have been playing this for a couple years. it was a good game but this latest update just downgraded the fun. points are reduced by 90% at least, health is consumed much faster, treasures have been weakened, and cookie skills have been diminished. I get that it's the same for everyone but why make this sudden dramatic downgrade of nearly every aspect?? Even without the crashing issues, which I'm sure will be fixed soon, the game is a total drag now. sorry to say, but I'm out until the next update

I have been playing this game for years. I have worked hard to get to where I am. It was all really fun, until they decided to do this update. Now I can't even run all the way until stage 11 in episode 1!!! It used to be really fun, now it's just annoying. I used to be able to get 500m points, easy, now it's what? 30, 25m max? Wow. I hate this update, please de-update. The only good thing I got out of the update is that I got the legendary cookie from the 3rd episode first try since the update. Just please fix it back!!!

Ahh! The cookies are so cute!! I can't stop playing this game it's so addictive!! However, people can't seem to grasp the fact that energy is being consumed faster, ONLY ON STAGE ONE. The other ones are just fine. Still a very fun game, and I love the new league mode!
