Queen of procrastination
Yeah the energy does drain a bit fast but with the right treasures and cookies you can counter it. This game all in all is addictive, cute, and fun.

The game is awesome and is adorable but there are too many crashes and this one time I bought relay but it crashed before I even started the race and I didn't even get my coins back plz fix :(

I lost count as to how many keys, hearts, coins and rewards I've lost, because of all the crashes. I'm also sick of having to replay the same floors in Special Episode 2. Some of which I can't pass a second time!!! I don't know why you guys insisted revamping the game in its entirety. It's caused more problems than with the usual simple updates.

I absolutely love this game! But I am so frustrated that the app crashes ALL THE TIME. I can play maybe one run at the most before the game crashes. I have also lost so many hearts and keys as a result of this problem. UGH!!

i absolutely love cookie run, it's my favorite game ever! but lately since this season's update, it's crashing a lot and losing connection a LOT after going through a run! this means we lose a lot of prizes and things; its very aggravating. fix this bug please guys! ( also...we need the new cookies..i can't wait any longer for them)
update: unobtainable chests..?

after this update on July 28th, whenever I get chests in game , I can't open them? idk if this is just for the current event but if its not I hope you can fix this :)
