Please update to iOS 11!

I love this app, definitely best light meter app I’ve used, but since updating to iOS 11 I haven’t been able to use it!

You expect a light meter magically works WITHOUT camera? I'll give you zero star. By the way, this is the beat light meter app I've used. Clean interface and it works. I've compared the EV with my Seconic 308s. Pretty accurate.

Tested it against both the in camera meter of an fm10 as well as a vintage handheld meter....this app is FAR from accurate indoors and not seeing a way to calibrate...thus it's useless. It may be better as a spot meter outside with very little tone difference, however the camera adjusts prior to taking a measurement....according to the app - a close up (entire screen) of a lightbulb would rendered a reading of f1 and a time of 1/250s ummm a wide open shutter at only 1/250s would be one fried image.... Not worth the 3 mind to download!

iPod Touch

I have a Gen 2 iPod touch (no camera) the app doesn't give good readings. Im guessing it is using the camera to measure light. If it needs a camera to do its light measuring. Then the app should state the camera is needed for the app to work correctly. Also the description if thus App should state: the app only works on iPhones and iPod Touches with cameras! Please note iPod touches that do not have cameras, do have an auto brightness for the screen. So that means the iPod Touch is able measure light even without a camera.

On my 3G, loads, shows screen as on demo here, but is completely non responsive. Then the program crashes. I'm glad it was free, for I can delete this with no qualms.
