Thank you for listening and updating the meal plans with additional fasting plans. Truly appreciate the assist. Thank you for the additional integration with Apple Health. I’m looking forward to making real progress.

This app is amazing, it’s much easier to use than MyfitnessPal and the interface is amazingly done. A few things: I wish the recipes were adjustable to the amount of servings you want ! That would be amazing and make my life way easier lol Also I wish more foods were added in like MyFitnessPal but adding them in actually isn’t too hard! I’ve been adding in my local meal prep meals with ease If you’re looking for something easier and a nicer looking app, this is for you!!!

I’ve used this app on and off for the past 4 years and I love the clean, simple design and it’s super easy to use. I highly recommend the premium version if you are struggling with meal prepping and tracking macros, but if you’re just looking to track what you’re eating or calories then the free option is great! What prevents me from giving this app 4 stars is that some of the language has the potential to trigger or invoke disordered eating or orthorexia. There is a lot of use of “good, bad, great, etc.” when it comes to meal and day ratings and there isn’t an option to turn these ratings off. While I understand it’s helpful for people struggling to make healthy choices, that kind of language can also create unhealthy mindsets when it comes to diet and nutrition. I do not recommend this app for those sensitive to or recovering from EDs!

I absolutely love this app and how it ties onto my Apple Fitness so I do not have to duplicate entries which makes tracking my exercise so much easier The food tracking and water tracking is very well done. My biggest complaint is how the app does not count HIIT, Functional Strength Training or Core workouts as strength training when it calculates your weekly Life Score. This means even though I do strength training more then the recommended two hours a week I get dinged on my life score unless I go and manually add a workout which then jacks up my calories burned figure by essentially counting the workout twice. They really need to fix this.

I loved this app. Now it makes no srnse. I asked for pescetarian keto in the quiz (it asks dietary preferences() and it chose two plans that are neother Keto nor pescatarian. it also uses metrics that make no senae. % of carbs of calorie intake tells you nothing about how ma ny gramsof carbs you can have.

The app works perfectly…. So long as you have an internet connection. I wish there was a way to save commonly tracked foods into local memory or queue of foods that are added into the nutritional data automatically once an internet connection is obtained, anything but locking me out of the app entirely when I don’t have an internet connection.

The app is beautiful and easy to navigate. One place it lacks is with its calculated amounts when you enter your serving sizes. For example, if you scan a barcode of a drink the calculations are all wrong. I’ve found them to actually be higher than the label and online resources. Although you can change it, trying to figure out which measurements you can use to get the most accurate calculations is a guessing game and when entering the info in yourself, you cannot save it if it doesn’t reflect their calculations. For accuracy reasons, I would recommend a better app.

It would be nice if we could put our own recipes into the calorie calculator other than that the app is great
