You pay for inconsistency and useless support – Life360: Find Friends & Family Review

Location accuracy not accurate and sporadically updates. At one point kid #2 was 80 miles away from where they app had his “bubble”. Support only via email- and ended up being useless. Takes them days to get back to you and then they just instruct you to follow the steps listed under the faq section of the app. The same ones you already tried three times before attempting to contact them. Only thing that worked well was their ability to hit our credit card for the monthly fee.
