My auto insurance card won’t load on my iPhone X. It’s stuck at: Loading One moment please... and then I end up having to force quit the app. When will this be fixed? This is the most important feature of the app. I wouldn’t have downloaded this app if it didn’t have the ability for me to view my ID and my policy documents.

App works. But when ever I try to look at my ID card, it just sits there and loads forever. Please fix.

Wow, what a great app and so easy to use. Get access to all your information at any time. Need to swap out a vehicle or get a quote it’s dead simple on the mobile app! I’m a software developer by trade and am highly impressed with the functionality available.
