If you wanna be paperless from ID cards and long policy contracts download the app super simple and no burps or farts

I’ve been very patient with the claims department. At first my claim was rejected without any guidance or recommendation. I had to do my own investigation and figure out a way to help my self and reopen the claim. Meanwhile my home is flooding. After two months, I finally received the claims check, which was issued to a mortgage company. The mortgage company’s building is intact. It is my flooded home that needs to be repaired.

By dropping a automobile from my policy it only lowered my payment 12.00 I’m not happy at all!!!

Every time I want something to load on the app I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Not great.

They randomly raise the price of your insurance. They’re not as good as they say so I’ve been calling around to other insurances to get a better price and coverage
