View ID cards used to work and no longer does on my iPhone XR. Called and was told there was no issue on their end. Deleted and redownloaded the app on my phone and still no go. Please look into this.

The agents at Liberty Mutual (LM) are highly professionals. They always courteous and patient to listen to you when you speak with them. LM works for your best interests. I remember taking the defensive driving classes to reduce my insurance policy. It was applied as so as the documents were uploaded. I enjoy a good rate now. I understand it can be better. ❤️
Can’t get ID Cards

Not sure what the problem is but for at least a month I’m not able to view my vehicle ID Cards! I’ve called customer support several times and emailed my agent to no avail! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2x and still receive error when retrieving ID Cards. Fix whatever is wrong with the app! It used to work beautifully!

They actually have an app! Not like the others. I called them up to finish my quote and they actually got me a great deal! Will definitely recommend this company to others.
