Adding ID card to apple wallet app

Please provide the option to add insurance card to apple wallet so I don’t have to go into the app.

I was told a price for a monthly payment. So I decided to change to LM. On the very next billing cycle my payment increased over 25%. Not cool

When I click on a link to manage anything it wants me to sign in again and then takes me back to the home page...

Still can’t make coverage changes via app

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but I’m unable to make coverage changes via the app. Tells me I have to call the (800) number which is absolutely inconvenient.
