I had an accident that was not, as other insurance companies have informed me, my fault in ANY way, but because I apologized to the other party during a video recording Liberty Mutual determined that I was not worth the absurd amount of money I pay them monthly to be in my corner. Liberty Mutual will NOT fight for you in the event of an accident. They will NOT have your back in ANY way. If you have a choice, do NOT choose this insurance company. It is all but a certainty that they will abandon you & then raise you rate on the following term. Thank God they have a catchy commercial, because that’s about the extent of the pride customers will have in the reliance upon an insurance company that doesn’t care about you - ONLY the money they consider you to be worth to their bottom line. Choose a better company. Period!
I switched to Farmers and saved $400

LM is a joke. Try to cancel you might as well be asking for solid gold bars. This company jacks up the rates if you fart.

Won’t let me do my business. Have to wait on phone for 45 minutes only to end up disconnected
Will not let me charge my policy. And charged me $80 more to get wait I ask for the first time.

Shopping for rates found Liberty Mutual the lowest and much better online app than previous carrier
Love the App but needs some tweaks
Lacking features
I have used the app for years and have loved it. There have been issues over that time but liberty Mutual has addressed them. The issue I have now is that while they added Apple Pay back into the App you can only pay the amount owed you can’t pay more using Apple Pay so you then need to choose pay another way and enter your credit card information.
