The app connects to the tv but it doesn’t stay connected ones you try to use the app . Please fix it. Thank you

This app used to worked until recently. The pointer movement still moving, but none of the icon on TV were responding when click on it. Deleted and reinstalled still the same.
Needs to be updated!

After the first 5 minutes of using, it goes off the air and it comes back. It has to many bugs, LG really needs to update the software.
iPhones with 3D Touch don’t work

I have both an iPhone 6s Plus and an iPhone X, and both devices refuse to let me tap on the screen when using the cursor to select options, programs, or media on my lg 47lm6200. This app needs another update to address the lack of touch screen response to taps for menu selections.

Update: the app is useless now. It opens and immediately crashes so you can’t use it at all! Horrible. It was great as you can see my original review but not anymore. The app does everything you need to operate your LG smart TV. It can't turn it on or off but everything else is perfect. Lost your remote? Use your phone lol. I recommend!
