Very buggy

On iOS 12 / iPhone 8, the clicking action only works like one out of 10 times. So every button click involves tapping at your phone like a Morse code operator. I still use it because my actual remote control got broken by an enthusiastic toddler, but it sure is frustrating. Doesn't have this problem on Android.

This app is awful!!!! I literally added the smartify app, it found my LG tv seamlessly, and was ready to go in seconds. I’ve been trying to make this LG app work for over 30 mins on my husbands phone(same phone). So unsatisfied. LG needs to focus on their technology. I regret buying an LG tv.

Постоянно вылетает. Невозможно управлять телевизором. Заходишь в Смарт, приложение вылетает и все, больше приложение уже не запускается.
When you tap the phone to select doesn’t work

I would have given a 4 or 5 star review but when you want to select something by tapping on the phone where the curser is on, it no longer works now that I have a iPhone XS. It worked great on my iPhone 6 so I rate it now as a 2 star.

We have five LG smart TVs and this will not pick up any of them all them are 2015 or newer ... complete bummer with everything being here towards apps & Convenience LG should really reconsider revamping this app
