Weird bug I think

Works but it has one annoying thing it always goes to max brightness regardless off my settings idk why it does but if I need to raise the brightness I can do it myself fix this asap

This app WAS great when i had my android. Needed to use it because the puppy chewed our remote. Just got the iphone x and i cant seem to make this app work . I thought something was wrong with my screen like the sensitivity was off . But my phone works amazing except for when i use this app. Is anyone else having this problem ? Might have to buy a replacement remote if this problem persists.

The constant pairing is a pain and does not turn on the television through the app. Fix that and I will give it a better rating.

Upside down video

Many of your videos will play upside down when played from an iPhone. They will show correct orientation on the app and the phone but will be rotated 180deg on the TV. This is with a brand new OLED LG TV. Embarrassing when I was showing some friends. 1 year later. Pictures still upside down or sideways. We laugh about it now.
Can’t replace the remote

Surprisingly the app doesn’t appear to support basic functionality like the menu button from the remote. Time to try third-party apps.

It would be faster to find the lost remote than to wait for this app to connect *each time* you go to it. Why can't you input the IP address for your TV? App is terrible. In fact it's so bad that I'll no longer consider buying an LG TV.

It has to pair every single time you open the app. This needs to be much more seamless. I expect better from a 4500 tv. Samsung app is 10x better.
