Well - I get a picture of a grey circle with colored balls bouncing round, then “your device is disconnected” after a few minutes. iPhone X on iOS 11.3. TV is a 65SJ8500. Kinda expected better.

Roku has a better app. With Roku you can actually turn on the tv from the app. LG’s App really needs an overhaul. My TV is amazing but in the age of smartphones I used the Roku remote app more than the physical one. ✌?

It looks and feels great especially on iPhone X. Thanks for this! Please add the Haptic Feedback when user presses buttons such as volume etc. Why does not it support wake on lan to turn webOS on?

Can’t find my tv after the latest update

So, this is really frustrating. After the latest update it can’t find my lg tv. I tried everything. Reset the router, turned the tv on/off but no luck.

I will try to make an objective review and not to say vulgarities and / or negative qualifying adjectives about this application. The main function of this App is to replace the remote control of your TV with your iOS device, and when it works it does exactly what the remote control does. Period. Then, to be able to use the application you must first "Pair" your TV with you (in my case) iPhone, the first time you do it the TV must be On (obvious), then through the App on your iPhone, you search for your TV and the name will appear, in my case "[LG] webOS UH7700", tap on the name and on the TV there will be a code which you must enter in the iPhone App, immediately everything works fine, it does exactly everything like the remote control of the TV, the interface is friendly and easy to use, everything works until you use your iPhone for something other than the App or the screen of your iPhone is locked. If you stop using the App, you simply lose the connection, and you will not return to it unless you perform in any order (and hopefully) all the following actions: 1. Close and open the App again on the iPhone 2. Turn the TV Off and On (with the remote control) 3. Unpair and pair the TV again on the iPhone (with the remote control) Hopefully, several times the combination of the previous actions will make you start the pairing process again or maybe you should uninstall and install the application again. I periodically use the Xbox App on the iPhone, whose functions are very similar to the LG TV Plus concept and it works perfectly. I can’t say nothing about the Screen Share option in the App, because I lost the connection between the TV and the iPhone... An absolute disaster. Sorry.

I installed a lot of app. But they want to premium for the using touch pad. But this app doesn’t want premium membership. If you want to remote your lg smart tv this app is the best.

Won’t Connect to my lg tv anymore. No clue why? I check to make sure the WiFi on both are the same and everything. Still nothing
