Don’t waste your money

I subscribed to this app, because I like how it taught handwriting in a 3 part process and it was fun. However, I’m canceling, because it teaches improper handwriting. It teaches kids to write x backwards. The font is purely for style and not the correct way of writing letters that is taught in schools. It also allows kids to go to levels that they are not ready to start, and have not progressed toward. Kids click on the advanced levels because they look neat. They then get confused and frustrated, because it is far beyond what they are ready for. Unhappy with this app and wish there were better alternatives.

This game is garbage now when there was no free trial it was my favorite game then I come Back to this game 2 years later AND IT GARBAGE BYE BYE LETTER SCHOOL FOREVER

I purchase the full version for $24.95 as a teacher and still have not receive it. I email support letting them know that my access doesn’t work. I have not heard from them and it’s been a week. I like the app but I do not have the full version. I am going to request a refund.

My son loves the free version but every time I try to subscribe and upgrade, the app “forgets” and keeps asking me to sign up for the subscription whenever he closes it. Ridiculous.

I paid for my subscription and my son loves it. The first night worked fine. Now it’s telling me to start a free trial. I tried to and it says I already purchased it, but I can’t access anything but “lite mode”. So frustrating.

Desperate having paid, the app is stuck on free trial mode

Wish I had read the recent reviews, seems like others are having this problem too. I contracted their support email address a few days ago but never heard back. I had signed up for a monthly subscription so I lost $5 on this.

This app is fantastic for my 4 - almost 5 year old. The problem is I’ve purchased it many time and I have to cancel and resubscribe EVERY DAY. Very frustrating as he knows how to open the App himself but then I spend the next 10 minutes trying to unlock the features I’ve already paid for.
