Desperate having paid, the app is stuck on free trial mode – LetterSchool - Learn to Write! Review

Wish I had read the recent reviews, seems like others are having this problem too. I contracted their support email address a few days ago but never heard back. I had signed up for a monthly subscription so I lost $5 on this.
