Still haven’t gotten the full version – LetterSchool - Learn to Write! Review

I purchase the full version for $24.95 as a teacher and still have not receive it. I email support letting them know that my access doesn’t work. I have not heard from them and it’s been a week. I like the app but I do not have the full version. I am going to request a refund.
