Trouble with uploading audio

So far the app has been okay- the main reason I’m not completely satisfied is the trouble I have with uploading a song to go with my video. It seems a very easy task to just pick a song from my library, but of course I run into errors like it’s “protected by DRM” The other option is to upload from my photo/video album? How would I get a song from there? For example if I want a Coldplay song as the background music, do I have to record a audio clip of the song itself?? Just a little weird for me.

Went through and populated 6 months worth of video clips.. added them to the days, selected the best section, watched the advertisement required on the free version, to trim each clip and store the 1 sec inside the app. I really loved it! Then one day I open the app thinking I will buy the pro version... and it’s ALL GONE. Sure, the videos are still on my phone- but I would have to go back and drag each one in, preview for the best section again.... BUMMER. I will update my review if they fix this issue- but this app wasted my time! Great customer service- Jon helped me fix it! The leap second album accidentally got deleted, but I was able to restore them by adding the hidden clips back to the album!! Yay!

I think this app is amazing, it has wonderful purpose and I enjoy getting friends and doing things to create a video every day!! I have a few recommendations, The creators should add stickers (cute modern almost like the idea of certain events and modern quotes) and funny face filters that people can add to their videos and added text to make them more original! Also you need to be able to watch it full screen like an iCloud video. Love the app! Please read!!

i do like it but i am wondering if like it could not save to my camera roll? only to the app... because it did ask if i wanted it to save to the camera roll or not and i clicked no... but it still saved to it
Loved it but now it won’t open

I have been using this app for a month and have been loving it and am using it for a video project until yesterday when it wouldn’t open. I thought it was just my phone and did everything necessary to restart my phone. It still will not open. The main title screen shows when I click it and about 3 seconds later it crashes and goes to the home screen. Very sad that I lost all the videos I took.

So far so good, but have been getting messages lately that say it’s storage is low and I’m only a couple months in!? Hoping it doesn’t crash and delete everything.
After 5 months worth of videos/photos, the app decided to reset and delete everything...
