Progress Disappeared

I loved this app. Sometimes I forget to go into the app and select and trim my videos. I just opened the app after maybe two months of not opening it and all my videos are gone. Every single one since I started two years ago!! Where did they go, and why did my progress disappear? I am very upset- I’d like to have my memories back, please!

I have loved leap second for years and never had a problem UNTIL NOW. The latest update deleted all of my videos from the last years- including ones I don’t have stored anywhere else. I am very sad. Don’t trust this app to keep your videos.

Deleted all of my seconds a day

They changed the way format of taking the videos

I really liked this app and I have been using it since September and the videos used to be vertical, but then sometime in June they changed it to be horizontal and now all of my videos from September to June are just ruined because there’s the black on the side instead of it taking up the whole screen. So kind of pointless. I wasted almost a whole year for the videos just to be ruined. At this point if they changed it back my whole July would be ruined.

Empty album

If you purchase the backup, it’s default setting for storage is to add a hidden (empty) album in your photos app. If you delete it, it deletes everything in leap second. I just noticed that if you click to add pictures (after your accidentally delete everything) the previous picture you chose is still there to choose from. Removed a star because customer service couldn’t help me figure it out and I feel like they should warn you about the album.

Time length glitch

I love everything about this app so far with one issue! My pictures and videos are set to play 1 second each, and every time I preview my full video compilation it would play 1 second each like it’s supposed to. Just yesterday it started playing just the first one at a full second, but the rest of the pictures are racing by at about 3 pictures per second. It’s doesn’t give me enough time to look at and enjoy them, and it’s not even supposed to do this! PLEASE HELP! Is there anything I can do to fix it? Or can you check if there’s a glitch that can be fixed on your end? Thanks in advance.
