Deleted my entire video?

I went onto the app one day and my entire video was gone. Not sure why. App works well but this was obviously very inconvenient.

It was a great app at first and I loved to go back and watch the whole video put together but it would glitch out a lot then all my videos randomly deleted and there’s nothing I can do to get them back so I’m very frustrated.

i’m crying why do you ask? well all i wanted was a biiiig six minute video of all of my videos from this year. i started on january 1st and took a video every single day and i was super proud of it. SUDDENLY i open up the app on february 2nd AND ALL OF MY VIDEOS FROM JANUARY ARE GONE. DESTROYED DEMOLISHED DISMANTLED and i’m really upset. i will never use this app again. i will never recommend this app to anyone. and i will find a new one that won’t do me dirty. thank you for coming to my ted talk.

i did everyday in january then i go on the app the next day and all my videos are deleted and gone :( i worked so hard and i'm so dissapointed

I used this app religiously for over a month and it was great. I went into the app today to take a video and all of my videos were gone. There is no way to get them back and I will never use this app again

I had gone all month with everyday filled for a video. I woke up this morning all of it gone. Absolutely awful.

Seconds disappeared

I like this app a lot, but once January ended, all of my seconds from the month were gone. I don’t know why this happened, but is there a way to fix it? Thank you.

Good and easy, but lost all footage

This app was really easy to use and it was fun. However, at the end of January when it became February, I lost all the footage from January that I recorded on the app itself. Also, I had to put in the clips for the days that I had videos saved in my camera roll all over again. This app was working great and I was excited to see a full video at the end of 2019, but now I’m so sad to see all the footage go. I tried everything I could do to recover it but none of it seems to be working.

Loved but my account was deleted

I loved this app and have been using it every day since my boys were born. I opened the app a few days ago and everything was normal. I just tried to open to add pictures from the last few days and everything is gone. When I tried logging in again, I had an error message showing that my account doesn’t exist or was possibly deleted. With the amount of pictures I take every day to see them grow, I can’t imagine going through all my pictures from the last 7 months.
