Re delivery fees

The App Is ok but the Customer Service is just a chat bot that doesn’t really care about your problem with seller.

No longer respects notification settings

The account -> settings -> messages page no longer controls whether we receive notifications or not. Even when I have it flipped to off I receive spam notifications on coupons or some sales I don’t care about. Please fix this as it’s a direct violation of user privacy.
