App goes unresponsive mode the moment search returns result. Consistently. Using the webpage from browser proves to be better than using the app.

The more I update, the more disappointed I feel. - Now search is not exactly what I want - Bad UI on ipad mini - And lots of inconvenient step if you want return the good. Last word, I will delete this app, and change to another service. This app used to be my 1st choice when shopping online, but now I change my mind.

April 2018 review: There’s a huge glitch on COD payment option upon checkout. This needs to be fixed ASAP. It forces us to use other forms of payment options which aren’t preferable. Always prefer COD’s. To the Lazada app developer: Find the COD ERROR GLITCH upon checkout and see for yourself. This glitch has been going on for months now. Please find the time to correct it. Thanks! Checkout system on the Lazada app leads to a double pay out. Needs more work. No email confirmation sent regarding transaction. The website is fine but the Lazada app checkout system needs to be fine-tuned. The rest of the app is fine. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Lazada in general is becoming a pain to use.

The app is ok. Works rather slow and the website actually works better. The search function comes up with irrelevant results. The server seems to do “or” between each word and not letting me break down to the specific item I need. For example searching for a “7.5v” ac adapter Netgear, it ignores the 7.5v and Netgear parts of the search and throws in Sony, 5v, 9v, etc. How annoying is that?

This place is a scam. Their website looks real, they have a Facebook account, and they look legit, but they are NOT. They got me for about $400 dollars (19,600 pesos). I don’t know how they are able to rip people off and still be online and have an app.
