I like the app, but make sure you do cash on delivery. I suggest you don’t pre-pay for the order, you just might not see it. The delivery company doesn’t notify you a day beforehand. People have to work, if they do try to contact you and you miss their call, and then try to call them back the number does not work. If you do choose to pay cash on delivery open the package make sure you double check with your cart some will up charge you. Case in point, the item I ordered with delivery charge cane to a total of 99php the delivery guy tried to charge me 372php. That’s my advice for you when you get this app. 1) choose the option of cash on delivery 2) double check your order so you don’t get up charged.

I would highly recommend Lazada to buy online if you find stuff you really like because they are trustworthy business company selling online. I promise you that you will be satisfied with their service. I am an old customer some years ago when they just started selling online. Thank you Lazada!

Hit and miss ordering

My review of Lazada is based on my experiences I have had in the last one year. I have ordered all kinds of things from mini tripod to dishwasher. I think one thing I hate the most about the seller's here is that they don't accept change of mind as a valid reason for return. If I have bought a product, especially after paying a fat amount of money, I think I should be able to decide whether I like the product and gonna keep using it. If not, I would rather return it than have a waste lying at my house. Now I understand I might be coming from amazing shopping experiences from websites like Amazon. Unfortunately such shopping experiences not available in Singapore and I have to make do with terrible conditions such as above. There have been times when the seller's have sent me wrong items, crappy items but I just didn't have enough time and energy to keep at returning things. Undoubtedly there have been few good experiences too with Redmart. They have let me process returns when they sent rotten stuff or wrong stuff. Overall my feelings are mixed about Lazada. I would say it's pretty convenient for groceries but not a great place to buy clothes (multiple cases of mismatched size, terrible quality of product), ok to buy some items of medium prices (hit or miss) and totally not ok to buy items were you pay a considerable amount of money because you have no control once you buy the item. You will be forced to keep it even if you don't wanna use it, coz once the money get in the pockets of seller's (almost all) they don't wanna let go of it.

So many items and stores to choose from. Lazada shopping would so much better if it had more “accurate” word searching capabilities. Stores could also improve descriptions, ingredients, etc..

Please fix the search function

Finding products needs to be in approved through the search function. It is completely worthless on horrible experience.But after spending 60 hours of roaming shops and looking through multiple items things I finally get something I am looking for sometimes even better. Please fix this. I also need a way to compare multiple products, there is no current way to do that.

Been using Lazada for quite a time now and I gotta say, so far so good. Except a few things. First, the delivery fees, they are far too expensive compared to other delivery fees from other companies, I’ve seen so many people complain about it and Lazada’s replies were always “We are working on it” but so far nothing has changed for it. So that’s a down. Second, the stores are delivering the wrong products the users ordered, this hasn’t happened to me but i do see not few people talk about it, in the AppStore reviews AND in the Lazada app reviews when people got their products delivered, some ask for refunds but some stores seem to refuse to refund them. Like i said it has not happened to me yet but I don’t want it to happen to anyone so I’m gonna mention it in this review of mine. Lastly, my suggestion, i think there should ALWAYS be the information of where the product is made in the “Product Details” of EVERY product, wether it is DIY or made in any country, and this information should be confirmed by Lazada. Yes it’ll be more complicated but it is to avoid scamming because some stores are just selling what aren’t accurate to what they’re are advertising on their product pages. Example: they use OFFICIAL advertisements like images and details for their (fake) products, which was supposed to be made in like USA but when you get the product it is made in like China. Of course you can chat with the store to ask about where is the product made and ask for a IRL screenshot of the product, BUT, not every store reply and they don’t always reply fast, so it’s really inconvenient to wait for them. So i just hope they would add a feature to see where the product is made, that would be so so great.
