Hoping for improvements

It’s good there’s an app. But I’m hoping they make the images and videos bigger or zoomable when editing the posts in the schedule. Quote posts are hard to read especially with the strong resolution reduction. And make them square like the original image, not cut off as a rectangle. May need to use a mobile browser for a better experience.

Couldn’t even create an account

Tried to create an account, told me my Instagram was already connected and to sign in. Tried to sign in, told me that no account was found.

Couldn’t even use it

Kept saying I had a Later account but I have never downloaded the app before. Then said my Instagram is attached to a different account...and then said the same Instagram was not associated with the account. Trash.

Used to work, no matter the updates now though it crashes

Slow to load, gets stuck when I try to add media. Absolutely non usable. Have even tried to uninstall and reinstall. No where to contact for support. So annoyed.

I really like this app. Ive been using it for a week now and its helped me schedule my instagram posts for my etsy shop. One feature I wish it had was that you could post the same thing to two places without having to start from the beginning again. Other than that Im excited to keep using it.

Sometimes the app glitches and my posts will magically disappear and not post. That’s an easy fix. But I also wish on the app you can edit the lighting in the picture before you schedule. Online they at least give filters but I wish there was a bit more.

No support

I am a monthly business member and I need help with important features not working. I submitted several requests and all I get is a bot which is useless. Do not say there is support included in monthly plans and then don’t answer customers requests. This is getting frustrating. This has been two days? Conversations and Search by hashtag is not working on the web app. If nobody are willing to respond please refund.
