Can’t get it to link to my IG

It says no account found for my IG profile but I definitely do have that IG account??
It’s a very frustrating app

It tells me that there is not an account with my Instagram handle. When I try to sign in it will tell me that I already have an account with that email address, but it will it let me sign in and when I do the forgot password it just brings me around in these circles again and again. No idea how to get this thing working.
Fix the grid so it shows what it would look like on Instagram!!!

The app is great but it’s just ridiculous the the grid doesn’t reflect what it would actually look like on Instagram!! That’s the whole point of the grid!! Off to find and download yet another app. This gets so annoying

Because I had started the login process online it would not let me go they my phone to start and pay for a year. Over it. I should and will now listen to colleagues who said use hootsuite.

This app used to work really well but once my profile expired and I had to refresh it, it will not work. I’ve tried multiple times and followed all the directions. Guess I’ll be switching to Planoly.

Try Buffer instead. Later won’t let you schedule videos at all on their free plan, but you can do everything for free on Buffer.
Kills engagement

I have had a certain amount of engagement on all my images when I post. But when posted via this app somehow it manages to kill engagement almost completely. Unless this is fixed I can’t see myself recommending this to anyone. What good is a feed no one sees?
Can’t find any info to get help with technical difficulties

The app seemed really cool and I downloaded it. But my login is not working. I tried to find a number, chat support, or email and got directed to articles instead.
