July 9, 2020, is a Thursday, not a Saturday. I’ll just use the website. Thanks so much. No way to price a one way flight. Only returns. Putting the year 3106 on my searches (it’s 2563) so they fail to give a result. I have a credit on here or I honestly wouldn’t bother.

If I could I wouldn’t give them that one star , this is because they provide the worst service. All they do is steal your money. They freaking stolen my money $174 . My flight was canceled, then they sent me an email about to choose an option either fly a day early or get a refund. I choose a refund, then got another email says they will refund me no later than 3 months because of the pandemic, after they will get the refund from the airline. I contacted the airline and this agency got the refund, it’s has been 6 months. And I got no refund. It’s gone. The worst agency to buy anything from. By the way. You can’t even contact them .

NEVER EVER use this agency. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was scheduled to fly out of JFK to CDG on the 31st of august. When I originally bought the ticket the flight was scheduled to depart at 9pm, I live in Philly so I bought my bus ticket believing the flight was still 9pm because that was what was on the agency’s website. However, as I was on the bus on my way to New York I checked in with the airline and they had switched the flight to 5pm instead and I wasn’t scheduled to arrive to New York until 3:30pm. So impossible to make the flight. I called the agency and they told me they never received a notification. I then called the airline and they showed me proof that they sent the notification out on July 14th at 2pm. The agency never updated. I called back the agency and they were unwilling to help me, unwilling to let me speak with a manager, and kept telling me to call the airline instead. In the end I ended up spending an extra $1200 for another flight. Please avoid these guys. They are scammers.

I just started reading the reviews after booking and it’s pretty negative. I booked my flight without knowing they would overcharge for standard services offered for free by other companies. I called their customer service which was unprofessional and not very helpful. Pretty confusing when they charge in Euros and pull some stuff like that. Would not recommend again. The booking information is in the e-mail sent to me so that is the only good thing.

We lost 2300€ because we made the decision to use this agency. We bought the flight as “modifiable” under certain conditions. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions we needed to postpone. After one week of calls to agents (some were rude and unhelpful), they would send a generic email saying the dates requested are not valid. The airline confirmed to us the dates are valid but it has to be done through the agency. But the agency completely refused to help us and we couldn’t get a refund or modification. Awful mistake.

They only show the rates for default dates and I couldn’t use the dates I wanted to book.

Never use Lastminute! They are fraud! They take the money for the reservation from your card. But they do not automatically book you with the flight companies - you have to wait for hours and hours for a confirmation if you ever receive it. Most probably you will miss your "booked" flight. Than you wait for weeks to trying to file reports and get your money back from the bank eventually. :( :(

Do not buy tickets from this company especially if you're in the U.S. I booked a not-so-last minute flight two months ago so I forgot whether I booked for the morning or afternoon. The confirmation email did not say so I missed both my outbound and inbound flights and had to purchase additional fights from airline companies due to this. When I called the company, after adding international calling to my bill because they don't have a 1(800) number I was told they couldn't do anything for 24 hours and it's my fault. Please take my experience as the lesson you don't need to learn and SAVE YOUR MONEY.
