Almost got it right

Diff from clicklist website. Lists cart items by isle location instead of most recently added like on .com version. Lists wine, which I thought was great!!.... then it was removed from my cart as “unavailable” before completing check out ?

Used to love this app but now it’s mainly focused on Clicklist shoppers. Sale items can’t be added to shopping lists only to cart. App crashes every time I’m in Kroger, very helpful :( plus on-line customer service is non existent. Issue with my card that front desk tried to help but couldn’t. Called help line, waited twenty minutes, gave up, sent email and still waiting for a response three weeks later.

I love being able to see my coupons. But it will tell me that the app is experiencing difficulties. And it will even log me out.

I LOVE this service! As a stay at home mom with a toddler, this makes shopping so much easier when my little one is in bad mood. I can still get all the things I need without upsetting other shoppers with a crying child. And for the days she’s in a good mood, I really appreciate the parking spots for parents with small children. Usually by the end of a shopping trip, my little one is ready to get back home. It’s great having two options that get my shopping done quick and efficiently with a little one in tow. Also, everyone that works at Kroger are very polite and helpful. Sometimes it’s that little bit of courtesy that can turn a stressful day into a better one. Thank you!!!

I love that ClickList works on the phone now. One slight bug I found: putting your phone number in at checkout is glitchy. It would let me put 8 digits in but not 10. I fiddled with it a bit and managed to get my phone number entered.

This app continues to be buggy. It logs me out sometimes or otherwise forgets my coupons. When I’m in the store and trying to check off things on my list, it takes multiple (5-9) tries to check them off, and sometimes ones that I had previously checked off re-appear on the list unchecked. Overall, though, it is so convenient for me.
