Couple of suggestions. Don’t keep things on the list that are out of stock week after week. Allow things you order to automatically add onto the shopping list like amazon prime now does. I can see everything I ever ordered on one list. I like your service and overall program better than Wal mart and prime now. Keep enhancing it.

Pharmacy functionality is misleading

This app misrepresents when pharmacy refills will be ready... potentially leading to you wasting your time driving to the pharmacy to pick up an order that is in fact not ready.

I don’t like the new app. I thought the version before this one was more user friendly. Online I can add coupons as I order groceries , why can’t I do that on the app? The Avon store is often out of items I like to buy weekly I really like this service but you all could make this so much better I think this is becoming more popular than the Avon store can keep up with.

Difficulties with app

Your Clicklist app is clunky - especially during checkout. It wouldn’t accept my password, even after I changed it, and it took so long to straighten things out that I lost my desired pick-up time slot. Very frustrating!!

Pickup Time

Is there not a place on the app to pick your pickup time? If Kroger chooses it then I will not be using again!

App crashes in store every time

I use this app throughout the week to create my shopping list without issue. Every time I’m in the Kroger store the app crashes - logging me out. Last week I had to re-login 3 times to get through my list of a dozen items. Please make it stop!! I love the app but hate the in store experience.

I ordered an out of stock item at the store and my order was never placed. Additionally, the store did not return my calls concerning the order, as requested.

I was excited about the convenience of ‘drive thru’ groceries but a lot of things I thought I ordered did not wind up in my bags. Who orders one lime?? I think it is a problem in the app, because when I look back at ‘my orders’ it shows everything I thought I ordered. I called and on Kroger’s end they did not see any problem. So something is not right - a few times I got a message the app was having trouble, try again and maybe that’a what happened? I was not charged for the items missing - everything on my receipt was in the bags. I will try it again and see if I am more successful next time.
