The Mono/Poly analog synthesizer appeared in 1981 at the same time as the acclaimed Polysix. Not only was it a fat-sounding four-VCO monophonic synthesizer, it featured a revolutionary design that allowed it to also be used as a four-voice polyphonic synthesizer, which helped cement its legendary status.
The long-awaited “KORG iMono/Poly” iPad/iPhone app completely reproduces all features of the original Mono/Poly. Four VCOs and a rich array of modulation allow a wide range of detailed sound design. New functionality such as two multi-effects units and eight virtual patches are also provided. In addition, the seamless integration that you expect from KORG’s iOS apps will fit perfectly into your music making process. The Mono/Poly has been reborn for today’s world, bringing you a unique and legendary sound.

Although iMono/Poly provides a vast number of parameters, it’s designed with a screen structure that provides quick and seamless access to all of them. With a single tap, you can rotate between the main synth & key assign screen and the virtual patch & effect screen. There’s no need to open individual screens for specific functions, or to move back and forth between them.
• Produce music in conjunction with KORG Gadget
iMono/Poly can be used in conjunction with “KORG Gadget,” the music production DAW app that has won numerous prizes within Japan and around the world. When you install both apps, iMono/Poly appears as the “Montpellier” gadget within KORG Gadget.

Great Synthesizer that works with multiple DAW’s on mobile which is what I’m looking for a little bummed out it doesn’t work on FL Studio Mobile but hey it works” gadget nd GarageBand and that’s. Good enough for right now

I confess that the original Mono/Poly is easily in my top ten commercial synths of all time. Korg has done an outstanding job capturing the essence and vibe of that instrument. Not much else to say but thank you!

Love this and how easy it is to work on. Spent 2 four hour sessions to make 100 new presets by me. Get it while it's on sale, you won't be disappointed!

I think I've bought every Korg iPhone app when it was on sale. I've still spent too much on them. Every time I think I'm done and I'm sure I don't need the next one, they put out a new, great-sounding synth app and I LOSE MY MIND. The Mono/Poly is no exception. Sweet mercy, the sound of this app is out of control! It's just....I can't- please stop, Korg. I can't afford this level of sonic amazingness!

I already own a *lot* of synth apps, including most of Korgs, but this one I couldn't say no to...and I'm glad I didn't. Very inspirational to play and sounds really great. This would be 5 stars if I could access my user patches within Gadget's companion device Montpellier...hopefully a quick patch fixes this oversight... Would also be killer if I could have a mod destination for the VCO Mod Type...I love switching between these but would be great to put an LFO to that...
