I can hardly ever get the app to work properly. I loves Kohl’s and shop there for everything so using the app would be awesome if it would work. I can’t search for anything without constant error messages. Please fix.

I consistently get an error when I try to search for something and then Shop My Store. The website almost never glitches when I do this there, so I really don’t understand why it almost never works for me on the app. Also the overall app aesthetic gives me the impression that it was designed for an older iPhone (say, the 4S?) and I really wish it took advantage of the larger screens like my iPhone 7 Plus has. Big and Bold may be beautiful for people, but it isn’t beautiful for the Kohl’s app on my phone.

It would be nice if we can scan in our receipts to earn points. The cashier's never ask for reward member numbers so we can get credit. Unless I remember I most of the time forget to give them my card or phone #. I always save my receipts but noticed the app does not give option to scan it in to get reward points for your purchases

Just downloaded the app, but encountered my first error on app when adding address and inputting my zip code it states an error about zip code spans across multiple counties. Please fix.

Terrible app! It simply doesn’t work! You cannot make a payment through the application.

Ever since iPhone had the upgrade this app has not worked correctly. Please fix this !! On a positive note, I do find this very convenient. I have better luck finding what I like on the app then in the store.

With this last update I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. But once it was back on my phone it worked great! Much easier to filter and sort items with this version. Easy to browse and access the wallet info still.

I’m not a fan of most store apps they tend not to do what you want. This app is the major exception. I’ve never had issues with it and it’s easy to navigate. Haven’t tried the Apple pay feature yet but I use Apple pay in store all the time. As a rewards member I like the fact that everything I need can be found in the wallet feature and I don’t have to carry a card or hunt for coupons. Have made several purchases from the app and it’s been smooth sailing every time.
