Does nothing for me

All the info is nothing new and it updates new cars tell me something about my car waste of time I would expect better.
2013 Routan?

I realize that VW stopped selling the Routan to the public after 2012, but 2013 models were made for dealership and plant shuttles (so I was told), and some of those models were sold as Certified Pre Owned to customers like myself. The app only goes back to 2013 at the time I wrote this (1 August 2016), and the Routan does not appear in the list under 2013. I'm hoping someone will read this who has the power to influence the developers to include the Routan for 2013, which is why I'll not delete the app & check back after the next few updates to see if it might become useful, and will update this review accordingly.

Great app! All the videos and info are of big help when you first get your VW and are getting used to it. PDF for the user manuals are great as well, a lot better than last version.

This app has helped me a lot to understand the different features that my VW has, each brand has its own way of doing things and some of them can be hard to understand depending on the vehicle. This app has helped me overcome that barrier and be able to become really familiar with everything that my car has to offer, not all brands take the time to compile something like this for customers, great job VW!!
Useless Garbage

This is a MASSIVE app to install, and you then have to download another GB or so of content specific to your year and model (videos?). Doesn't include an owner manual, service schedule, or warranty info. The only three things this app should have are missing.
No Manual, Maintenance Schedule or anything useful

This app is nothing but a bunch of useless videos that you should be able to find on YouTube to do basic things like pair your phone. Where is the manual? Where is the maintenance schedule? These are things that are important. Terrible app!
Pretty disappointing

Was hoping I could learn a few tips about my car, even if the app doesn't include a manual. Unfortunately none of the videos had any audio, so I couldn't listen to the instructions.
