Crazy frustrating app.

Giants fan for life living in LA. Love KNBR, but this app drives me nuts. Whenever I open it, it always closes within about 8 seconds and I have to open it once again. The streaming is pretty unstable & unreliable; I frequently listen to podcasts, but they will often randomly stop playing for no reason. If I go away from the app for a few seconds to answer a call or something, when I come back to it, it re-boots and I have to go through the whole process again just to return to the podcast I was listening to! There is no feature to move backward or forward in 10 or 15-second increments, and it’s difficult to move the dot on the little slide bar to go back just a few seconds; very hard to control. The descriptions of the podcasts now appear in a very tiny font that is a strain to read (they used to be bigger). The organization of the podcasts leaves a lot to be desired as well; some categories are simply being totally ignored by whoever’s maintaining the app. There are several categories (”Baseball News,” “Kruk & Kuip” & others) that only contain old podcasts from nearly a year ago! Can’t even find current Pregame shows & Post Game Wraps & Highlights anymore... This could be a good app for KNBR, but at the very least it needs to be maintained by someone who cares about keeping the app updated and current with all relevant content. Listening live is fine (though the opening ads are frustrating), and I still listen to a few podcasts, but as it is, it’s pretty much a mess. Very disappointing.

This may well be the world’s worst app. Too bad. It’d be nice to listen to the Giants when I’m on the road.

Lost gamer tag
This was my go to for sports radio streaming. I updated to the latest iOS & KNBR app, and now it claims it can’t connect to the internet, then promptly crashes. All other apps working fine.
Has gotten from bad to extremely bad

Continually drops connection. Very annoying to the point that I deleted the app. I’m not one that writes reviews but, I’m so frustrated that it has driven me to SCREAM AT YOU: KNBR!
Will not consistently work, ad overdose

This app is just terrible. The UI needs to be overhauled, the UX is spotty at best, the podcast loads are below par for all other streaming apps, the ads are minimum 30sec and consistently repeat while somehow maxing out your volume in headphones- most annoying thing ever. I wanted to shift over for listening to Papa. Now i listen to nada

Ads are pretty annoying and since the recent chances with the radio hosts and times, they have not updated the podcasts. So besides Murph and Mac, there is no way to listen to any podcasts through the app after 7/12/19
APp does not reflect the excellence of the station

They need to clean up this app. It works terribly!! Crashes and works very poorly.

Wanted to listen to the Giants game at Oracle Park. App worked for the pre-game show, then refused to work when the game started. Message about “Retrieving latest content” continued forever. Come on KNBR, you can do better than that!
