It states you will get $5.00 off you order of $25 or more. I downloaded and used the app and could not get the $5.00 offer/ credit to appear.
My layaway.

Every time I go to use it to pay on my layaway it doesn’t work and I don’t always have time to get there. Sat it up on the app as soon has I got to my car. So I have been trying since Thursday to pay on this and it gets to the last screen and ask me to place order now. It’s all ready on layaway I don’t need to order it. Called customer service they couldn’t help me the called Kmart again and I can’t do a payment over the phone so I have to find time to go there. It’s due today and I go tomorrow and it’s back on the shelf Iam gonna be so mad. Please fix the app. Thank you. Tara

You should let customer know tat an item is not available nearby rather than finding out when trying to add to their shopping cart There NEEDS TO BE A FUNCTION TO EASILY DELETE OLD CREDIT CARDS THAT HAVE EXPIRED FROM THE LIST PRESENTED TO YOU WHEN YOU PROCEED TO PAYMENT

I love this store, this store is awesome and I love the app. So easy to go go on look stuff up, buy and get stuff without going out in the store and waiting in line either sweating or freezing my but off...lol
Won’t let you remove codes

I started by placing my order using a code that gave me 10% off my order. Since I often forget to input codes, I entered it right away. I was placing a rather large order when I was given a NEW code that gave me an additional 20% off. I was unable to overwrite or delete the original 10% off. I even changed devices and then tried again after 24 hours in hopes that this would somehow expire. Well, every other option expired, such as shipping options, but I was still unable to enter the newer and better code. The lesson? Don’t enter your code till the end!
